CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for photography services offered by Studio Entice Photography, operating under the brand name A Baby Company (“Company”).
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. No date or session will be blocked or reserved until such payment is received. Studio Entice Photography reserves the right to release unconfirmed slots without notice.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Requests
2.1. Clients may request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed shoot by providing at least seven (7) days’ prior written notice.
2.2. Rescheduling is subject to the Company’s availability and must be undertaken within three (3) months from the original date of the shoot.
2.3. Requests made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled shoot may be classified as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Refunds in Case of Emergencies
In the event of a verified emergency or unavoidable circumstance (such as a medical emergency or natural calamity) that renders the shoot impossible to conduct, and if rescheduling is not feasible, Studio Entice Photography may, at its sole discretion, initiate a refund. Each case will be evaluated individually, and the Company’s decision will be final and binding.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
4.1. Refunds shall not be applicable for voluntary cancellations made without sufficient cause or documentation.
4.2. Failure to attend the shoot (“no-shows”) or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in a complete forfeiture of the advance payment.
5. Gift Vouchers
5.1. All gift vouchers issued by A Baby Company are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2. Vouchers are valid only up to the expiry date printed on them. No claims for redemption, extension, or reissuance will be entertained after the expiry date under any circumstances.
6. Force Majeure
Studio Entice Photography shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, or civil disturbances. In such events, the Company will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Applicable State/City, e.g., Tamil Nadu, India], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated therein.
